Not every rider wants what’s on the shelf. Since 1986, Hasbro Leather has been building custom leather gear for club riders, independent bikers, and anyone who wants something made their way. Whether you need a vest built to exact patch placement specs, a jacket tailored to your measurements, or a piece of gear finished with specific hardware — we can do it. We work with you from the first conversation to the final fitting.
Vests — Club-ready leather vests built to your specifications. Choose leather weight and type (naked cowhide, split cowhide, distressed), panel layout for patch placement, snap style, interior pockets including concealed carry, and lining. We can build a new vest from scratch or heavily modify an existing one.
Jackets — Custom-fit jackets cut to your chest, sleeve, and torso measurements. We can work from your existing jacket as a template or build from a pattern. Specify hardware finish (antique brass, nickel, gunmetal), liner options, vents, and closure style.
Patch Work & Embroidery — We sew patches onto any leather or textile vest or jacket. Back patches, front patches, flags, name bars, bottom rockers, and novelty patches. We use heavy-duty thread and add backing where needed. Bring us your vest and patches and we’ll handle placement and sewing in-store.
Sizing Alterations — Off-the-rack doesn’t fit everyone. We take in and let out seams, shorten or lengthen sleeves, add side panels for more room, and adjust shoulders for a proper fit. Bring in any leather item and we’ll tell you what’s achievable.
Hardware & Detailing — Snap replacement, zipper upgrades, D-ring and buckle changes, stud and concho application, lacing installation. If you want your gear finished differently than it came, we can usually make it happen.

Step 2 — Measure. For custom-fit work, we take your measurements in-store or you provide them to us. We’ll confirm sizing against our patterns and flag any adjustments needed before we start cutting.
Step 3 — Build. We source materials and get to work. For standard custom orders, lead time is typically 3–6 weeks. Complex multi-piece builds or orders requiring special-source materials may take longer — we’ll give you an honest timeline upfront.
Step 4 — Fit & Finish. When your order is ready, we’ll contact you for pickup or ship it to you. In-store pickups include a final fitting so we can make any last adjustments before you leave.

A custom vest typically takes 3–6 weeks depending on complexity, material availability, and current workload. Patch sewing on an existing vest is usually completed within 1–2 weeks. We’ll give you a specific timeline estimate at the time of your order.
Yes, in most cases. We stock leathers in black, brown, and distressed finishes, and we carry hardware in antique brass, nickel, and gunmetal. For specific color requests or unusual hardware, we may need to source materials — we’ll let you know during the consultation if there are any limitations.
For custom-fit orders (jackets, fitted vests), an in-store visit is strongly recommended so we can take accurate measurements and show you material options firsthand. Yes — custom and made-to-order items are final sale since they are built specifically for you. That’s why we take time upfront on the consultation and measurement stages to make sure everything is right before we start. Any concerns should be raised before production begins.
