Hasbro Leather -  Leather Vest Giveaway sweepstakes entry begins at or around12:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on August 4th, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2010.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, during the Submission Period, "click here" and fill out the form. After you have submitted the required information, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

LIMITED ENTRIES: One (1) entry per person. All entries must be received online during the Promotion Period. All entries become the exclusive property of the sweepstakes sponsor, Hasbro Leather, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by the sweepstakes sponsor. Sweepstakes sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, which will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including D.C.), and Canada 21 years of age or older at the time of submission. Employees of Sponsor and its parent company, franchisees, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, promotion or media partners, and advertising, promotion and other coordinating agencies involved in this promotion, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their spouses) and persons living in the households of each are not eligible to enter.

CONTEST PRIZE: One (1) Sweepstakes Winner: Upon verification, the Sweepstakes Winner will receive the leather vest valued at about $125.00 USD as shown above.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes winner will be notified by email on or about September 13, 2010 and has 3 days of receipt of notification to claim the prize or it be will be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. 

PRIZE LIMITATIONS FOR THE PROMOTION: Any applicable tax on a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. No barter, transfer, substitution or assignment of prize permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole and absolute discretion in the event that the stated prize becomes unavailable. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Prize will be awarded provided it is properly claimed in accordance with these Official Rules. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater retail value.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant associated with an Entry, such Entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided at the time of submission. "Authorized account holder" is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Neither Sponsor nor Promotion Parties are responsible for lost, late, stolen, illegible, misdirected, or non-delivered Entries, or e-mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, or miscommunications, or failed computer, network, telephone, satellite, or cable hardware, software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Neither Sponsor nor Promotion Parties are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of Website. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds may be tampering with the submission process or operation of the Contest or Website, may be acting in violation of the terms of the Website or may be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to threaten, abuse or harass any other person. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor or its agents.
